Utah!

We left at 3pm and drove all night. But, we got there!
I think this places is called Wellsville Dam, but regardless, it's beautiful!

I just had to get Ty in his skinny jeans--love those cute little legs!

I think the highlight of the trip was Tucker, the new horse! Jimmy still asks to look at pictures of him.

As you see, I just LOVED being on the horse. :)

In the evening, Rob would put a target block in the middle of the field and launch arrows at it medieval style; then the boys would all pile on the four-wheeler to retrieve the arrows.
Bear Lake!
Rob had to waterproof Robbie's foot as it was less than a week post-op; he got very creative with gloves and bags, ace bandages and who know what else! :)

Another one of Rob's creations--a raft to keep Robbie's foot out of the water

Grandpa Stuart took the boys fly-fishing on his boat--meet the spoils!
Ty shot his first .22! Love that form!
Suffice it to say, Rob is just constantly coming up with random solutions. When the neighbor's horses got in the field, Rob tried to guide them out using a bucket of grain and a four-wheeler.
For Ty's birthday, we headed to Ogden to see the Dinosaur Park!

Poor Matt got drilled by the kids!

I got to spend a few days in Midway and see my dear friends, Amy and Tara, again! It was perfect and like I never left!

Summer

It's been a fabulous summer! We've gone to Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun tons. Ty has mastered swimming and diving for sticks in the pool. We've gone to a Royals game and Deanna Rose Farm (twice). We've gone fishing. It's been fabulous! We've spent most of our evenings out on our patio, grilling, or roasting marshmallows, or playing sports. We went to Utah. And California. Rob and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary. We got a bunny. Jaron came out. My mom came out. Daniel and Janessa came out. We went to Iowa (and drove through tornado weather. It got so crazy, we finally ending up pulling over and hiding in a back vault while it hit! Wild story--have to tell it later!) But it's been wonderful. Here's a few pictures:

Oceans of Fun!

I cut my hair again.
Rob started training our neighbor Dalton--he wants to be the starting quarterback at Liberty High School.

We put the boys in a soccer camp. The coaches always had funny nick-names for Ty because he dresses so . . . uniquely. Lime-time and White Lightning were my favorites.

Jimmy just hung out at the watering trough!

Work was tough (though it's awesome now that he is on foot and ankle!) Poor guy fell asleep just eating cereal!
Watch out Robin Hood! Jimmy inherited the bow Rob made.

This is Rob after release, but he looks so terrifying, right? Those eyes; that fist; the teeth . . .yikes!

Robbie had a dysplastic nevi removed from the bottom of his foot (like mother, like son!). He was super brave and healed great!

Whew! There's still so much more, but . . . I need to pick and choose!
