Christmas Day

It really was magical! Robbie woke up first at 6:45 a.m. and so it began . . . We had a sheet up at the top of the stairs, but when it was removed, they saw this:

My sweet friend Shauna Tree gave it to us. Her kids have out grown it, so it has found permanent residence in our front room!
Then they went down the other stairs to this:

It was amazing! I had friends bring me, literally bags of toys their children no longer played with, and as my boys could care less if things are in plastic, they were ecstatic!

As a guideline for presents, we used, "Something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read."
Robbie wanted a robe and cologne--such an old spirit!

Jimmy wanted a tractor. This car had to do.

Ty wanted everything, but particularly a motorcycle (like a real one). He was satisfied by his loot, though!
The big-boy presents were from the grandparents and great grandparents. The boys know we get Christmas money from them every year, and this is what we got them:
Jimmy's quad (it goes like 1-2 mph and he LOVES it! Calls it his tractor.)
Robbie and Ty's Electric Scooter.
And then we ate a delicious dinner! It was fabulous!
