I still am amazed that Rob hasn't been kicked out of the physican parking lot. Even if he is a doctor, I mean, have some respect for the profession, right? One of the other residents thanked him the other day for having the worst car in the program; it used to be this guy--he's no longer the butt of the jokes. :)
Anyway, the other day Rob called and said he'd be little later--he had to swing by Home Depot.
"Why?" I ask.
"Oh, my muffler's falling off again. I'm gonna wire it on."
He just got a new muffler welded a little less than a year ago, but his car shakes so badly it has been knocked loose! The joys of residency! :)
